Color Selections

Merry Laurel Weddings Up Lighting allows you to choose two different colors for your reception hall.  You have a very wide range of colors to choose from to match your wedding decor and colors.  Currently we are in the process of developing a specific color model for you to choose from, but in the mean time you can use an external website for color matching of our lights to your specific colors.

Choosing Your Colors

Using the form below choose your colors.  Below is a screen shot, of an external website, (this link will take you to the external website), to help you choose your color(s).  The information we need in order to place your colors on our lighting system are the percentages (no decimal points).  An example: Sky Blue: RGB = 53% 81% 92%.

Photography | Job

Merry Laurel Weddings
Now Hiring For:

Lead Photographer

Wedding entertainment company (DJ, photography, etc) is expanding our staff in the greater Pittsburgh area.

Are you an experienced or upcoming wedding photographer that owns your own equipment (cameras, lenses, flash, back-up)? Do you have weekend availability or wish to fill in your schedule?  Are you able to be outspoken and lead others in stressful situations?  Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and with to be a part of something bigger than yourself?

We are looking for an individual to lead our newly formed photography group in Pittsburgh.  This individual will be responsible not only for shooting weddings, but an integral part of marketing, budgeting, sales, and continuous improvement of our company.

Expectations:

Goals of this position include being building your own personal portfolio (and business), while you help us build our business and portfolio.  Although we expect and encourage you building your own business, our policy is all weddings be booked through our company so there is no conflict of interest.

Most if not all weddings will take place during the weekend, calls with prospective and booked clients, marketing, and overall management can take place in evenings.  Based on your time availability, post production can either be done by us or you.

Experience:

Art/Photography schooling preferred but not necessary.  Must have some example photos, preferably in weddings.  Compensation will be reflected by experience – if your portfolio is not extensive, the price paid by clients will be less.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on a per wedding basis and you will be compensated as a contractor.  Amount of compensation will be higher if you bring sales to the company versus the company bringing sales to you.

Candidates must have a minimum portfolio, preferable some in weddings, all your own equipment + back up equipment (preferable).

To be considered, please contact us with a link to your online portfolio and resume.
